Refund policy
There is a 7-day refund window on every paid plan, and a 24-hour trial before that so most people never need it.
What qualifies
- The service does not work on your connection after the standard troubleshooting steps have been tried.
- A channel you specifically asked about before buying, and were told was included, turns out not to be.
- You simply changed your mind, within the window, and used the service for less than roughly a day's viewing.
What does not
- Requests made after day 7. The window is fixed and starts on the day credentials are issued, not the day you first log in.
- Heavy use across the whole window followed by a refund request β the trial exists precisely so that testing costs nothing.
- A channel disappearing from the source months into a subscription, which is covered by a replacement or pro-rata credit rather than a full refund.
How to request one
- Message support from the email or handle on the account, within 7 days of activation.
- Say what went wrong. One sentence is enough; a screenshot of the error helps.
- Confirm the payment method you used, because the refund goes back the same way.
How long it takes
Refunds are approved or queried within one working day. After approval, card payments take three to five working days to appear and crypto refunds are sent within twenty-four hours. Access ends when the refund is issued.
