Terms of service

These terms cover the relationship between you and BestIPTV2027 from the moment you request a trial or pay for a subscription. Read them before you buy, not after.

What you are buying

A subscription grants one household a set of credentials — a server address, a username and a password — valid for the period you paid for. You are buying access to a stream, not a licence to redistribute it, and not ownership of any programme delivered through it.

Connections and sharing

Each plan states how many devices may stream at the same time. Installing the app on more devices than that is fine; watching on more than the stated number at once is not. Credentials shared outside your household, resold, or used on commercial premises will be suspended without a refund.

What is not guaranteed

• That any specific channel will exist for the whole of your subscription period. Feeds change, and a lineup published today is a snapshot, not a contract.
• That every channel is available in 4K, or at the bitrate you would get from a licensed national broadcaster.
• Uninterrupted service. Source outages, your own connection and the routing between the two all affect playback, and we control only one of the three.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own internet connection and hardware, for keeping your credentials private, and for checking whether receiving this kind of service is lawful where you live. The legality page sets out what we know; it is not legal advice and you should not treat it as such.

Suspension

Access can be suspended immediately for credential sharing, attempts to capture or rebroadcast streams, chargeback fraud, or abuse directed at support staff. In every other case you will be contacted first.

Changes

If these terms change materially, the version in force on the day you paid continues to apply until your period ends. The date at the top of this page is the only record of when it last changed.
